pioneer lands

I was totally addicted to this game.  It's challenge.  There are lots of fun.  But I found something ethnic discrimination while playing it.  


It's based on westward developing, and there are tasks to break through.  When the tribesmen stand on the way, you have to pay bribes to clear the way.   I felt a little bit uneasy about the image of the tribesman look alike the Indians.   The white man went westward to develop the frontier.  


I know the lndians were originally live in States.   Lots of aboriginals were killed even I'm not very familiar about the history.  The story lines of the Pioneer Lands seemed very rude. 


Despite of that, I found myself stuck on the level as below.   I can't figure out how to pay the bribes and save 400 golds.  Anyone help me.
